Field Trip Reservations


The Bush Library and Museum's education program welcomes school children of all ages in a variety of onsite and online programming. All of the education programs are free for students to attend. For more information, click on the links below or use the form below to plan your field trip.

We're excited you're thinking about a Museum Field Trip! Everyone is welcome!

  • Students, Faculty and Staff of schools Pre-K to 12th receive free admission.
  • Most field trips need 30 days of notice, except Self-Guided museum tours.
  • To receive free admission for Self-Guided field trips complete your reservation two weeks prior to arrival.

Premier Education Programs (Pre-K - 12th Grade)

We offer a variety of educational activities for students designed to reinforce state and national curriculum.

Classroom Trips: Please book 30 days in advance

Self Guided Tours: Please book 2 weeks in advance

Storytelling Tours: Please note that storytelling programs only occur on certain dates

Self-guided School Tours

For Grades K - 8th:

  • Require one adult per five students.one adult per five students. These adults, whether they are school staff or chaperone, will receive free admission to the museum.
  • Note additional adults will pay an admission price of $6.
  • All students should have a school badge and be with an adult chaperone at all times.

For Grades 9th - 12th:

  • Require one adult per ten students.These adults, whether they are staff or chaperone, will receive free admission to the museum.
  • Note additional adults will pay an admission price of $6.
  • All students should have a school badge and be with an adult chaperone at all times.
