Data Relations Coordinator

Reagan Spexarth is the Data Relations Coordinator for the George and Barbara Bush Foundation, supporting the organization's donor and data systems. Before joining the Foundation, she spent four years at the MITRE Corporation advising federal agencies on artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.

Reagan holds a Master of Public Administration from Cornell University, where she also earned a certificate in Data Analytics, and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, from the Bush School of Government & Public Service at Texas A&M University. Her background spans federal supply chain resilience, aviation safety policy, and international cybercrime research, reflecting a career built at the intersection of technology, governance, and public service.
